How long will the meeting take?
Usually around 15-20 minutes, but a little longer if necessary!
Should I have any documents prepared?
It can be helpful, but it's not necessary. I'll provide my help based on what you tell me. I may ask for some documents as part of our follow-up process.
Does it cost anything?
This initial chat is at my cost. There MAY be a charge for services later on, depending on the scope of work required. Rest assured though, I always try and keep costs to my clients to a minimum and will fully explain any potential cost far in advance.
Should I have my partner on the call as well?
If two people are involved with your finance and property requirements, it can be helpful to have both of you on our chat. Don't stress too much if you can't though! We can always catch up later.
